CARES is hosting their annual Community celebration on September 21 from 6-9pm at the Letort View Community Center (Carlisle Barracks/Army War College) in Carlisle. This event goes to raising funds for CARES, who helps the homeless in Cumberland County. Tickets are $65/person and you must RSVP by September 8.
