Orange is a concept that brings the colors red and yellow together. Red is for love of family. Yellow is for God's light. When the two are blended, it creates Orange which is a tool used by many churches across the United States, including at Harmony Church, to teach and help kids and adults alike implement the love and grace of God into everyday life in our families, at school, at work and with all persons in our world. This is a city-wide event calling any and all persons who want to pray to God for Him to renew their local neighborhoods, areas and communities. It is well recognized that our communities continue to suffer from hunger, bullying, cyber-bullying, drugs, divorce, broken-families, diseases, domestic abuse, human trafficking and many other things that keep people captive to the dark rather than allowing them to live in God’s light. Again this year, persons are encouraged and invited to come out and worship the Lord and pray together on Thursday, May 3 at 6pm at Northern High School in Dillsburg, PA. Join with others in praying for God to work in the lives of people to bring healing, wholeness and salvation. To learn more go to www.renewdillsburg.com

What is it?
It is the body of Christ teaming up with other businesses, organizations and individuals to help the needy in our geographical region get better prepared for the new school year. Jesus said, “when you do unto the least of these, we are doing it for Him.” This project helps give families and their kids things to go back to school that they couldn’t afford.
Last year 2,800 pairs of sneakers, 4,000 new books, 2,600 supply-filled backpacks and 3,500 bags of groceries were given out to families in need in helping their kids go back to school. And this was just soe of what was provided to people.
What People Were Helped?
Kids from the Carlisle, Northern, Dover, York City, West Shore, Cumberland Valley and Mechanicsburg school districts were helped. Families from Cumberland, York, Adams, Dauphin, Perry and Lancaster counties were helped last year. All combined, over 5,000 people kids and families were helped in 2017.
Where and When in 2018?
This year’s Youth Impact Project will be held at the Northern High School in Dillsburg, PA, July 27-28, 2018.
